The Greater Kokstad Municipality hereby reminds all residents that the Debt Collection Office is operating six days a week including Saturdays, from 08h00 to 12h00.
It has come to the municipality’s attention that some residents may not yet be aware of this service, as enquiries regarding Saturday availability continue to be received. This notice therefore serves to reaffirm the availability of the Saturday service.
This extended access is aligned with the municipality’s mandate of placing service delivery and residents first, ensuring that the community has convenient opportunities to attend to essential municipal matters. Residents may visit the office on Saturdays for account enquiries, submission of proof of payment and processing of electricity reconnections. Residents are also encouraged to utilise this service window to resolve account-related matters promptly and efficiently.
