TO raise awareness about breast cancer, an event was conducted at Mnceba Clinic in Ntabankulu on Wednesday, October 29. It was organised by various stakeholders as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The aim of the event was to promote early detection and encourage regular screenings to significantly increase survival rates.

Locals were educated about types of cancers and were informed about cancer risks, symptoms, and prevention and treatment options.

Cancer survivors also shared their experiences.
