NTSIKENI village was action-packed on September 27 with a display of vintage outfits and entertainment.

The first-of-its-kind event at Mchana’s Lifestyle and Shisanyama organised by Zolani Tshwane and Musa Zincume attracted over 200 people who attended to celebrate Heritage Month.

The event’s theme was: Back to the 60s Vintage Festival. It was meant to celebrate the golden days to educate the younger generation.

“At the event we remembered the past period by wearing vintage outfits,” said Tshwane.

He said next year’s event will offer a display of old cars.
