The Greater Kokstad Municipality is calling on all motorists in Kokstad and surrounding areas that have outstanding Section 341 traffic fines to make use of this limited-time relief opportunity.

From 01 March 2026 until 30 June 2026, affected residents and motorists can benefit from a 50% reduction on all qualifying Section 341 traffic fines issued by GKM Traffic Department personnel.

This initiative provides an excellent opportunity to settle outstanding fines at a significantly reduced amount, avoid further penalties, and restore compliance with traffic regulations. Residents are encouraged not to wait until the last minute but take advantage of this offer while it is still available.

Payments can be made at: GKM Traffic Department, Municipal Main Office Pay Point, and Via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
