DESPITE having an injured player, the Ntabankulu-based Executive Ladies FC celebrated victory after defeating Eastern Cape Peace Lovers FC 8-0 at the Eastern Cape Sasol league opening match.

The match was played at Mount Ayliff Stadium last Saturday, July 19.

Executive Ladies FC chairman Mawethu Nama said that the injured player had to be removed from the game to recover properly.

He added that the club is training for the upcoming match against Eastern Rangers FC at the Mount Ayliff Stadium on Saturday, July 26. The game will kick off at 1pm. Nama also announced that the club has added a new left-winger to the team.
