DESPITE growing up in the small town of KwaBhaca (Mount Frere) in the Eastern Cape, gospel artist Nondwe Ncokazi shared her thriving musical journey through an album called Ufanelwe Ukubongwa.
The artist started singing when she was 12 years old in a local church. Her singing career has continued since then, and she celebrated 14 years in the music industry this year.
Her first album was released in 2011.
“I released my latest album in March this year to appreciate and celebrate myself for thriving in the music industry. My gospel singing was inspired by the love of God, as I grew up in a Christian family,” she said.
Ncokazi said music made a positive impact in her life. With the latest album, Ncokazi said she is travelling around South Africa to promote the album.
