NOLUVO MGIJIMA 

ELDERLY people over the age of 60 participated in the Golden Games at Mount Ayliff Stadium on Wednesday, August 20, to keep their bodies healthy.

They participated in soccer and netball games. 

Ward committee member Lulamile Makhenzi was pleased to witness elderly people in action. She said that the games were meant to spread love to elderly people and to celebrate their lives.

On September 10, Matatiele will host its own version of the Golden Games where elderly people from the Alfred Nzo district will participate.
