The Greater Kokstad Municipality wishes to inform all residents that municipal offices will close early at 12h00 on Thursday, 2 April 2026, in observance of the Easter Weekend. Normal operations will resume on 7 April 2026.

Residents are kindly advised that all essential services will remain operational, with standby teams on duty to ensure continuity of critical service delivery during this period.

To avoid any inconvenience, residents are encouraged to make payment arrangements in advance.

Payments can still be made during the Easter period using the following convenient platforms; Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), FNB ATMs, and other available digital and self-service payment channels.

When making payments, residents must use their Municipal Account Number: 52720024258 as a reference to ensure correct allocation of funds.

 Residents are urged to continue settling their municipal accounts timeously to support ongoing service delivery across all communities.
