FOOTBALL clubs under Hollywoodbets Regional League in Alfred Nzo will battle for the top position during weekend games.

North End FC will face Bizana Lucky Stars at the Thandanani Stadium in Matatiele on Sunday, March 22.

The club currently sits at the bottom of the log table, but will utilise the match to secure more points to move away from the relegation zone, while Bizana Lucky Stars will also be defending their position and pushing for victory.

Another match set to play on the same day is Cedarville-based side Bhubesi FC that will face the league leaders, Burning Fire FC, sitting on top of the log table with 30 points.

Football enthusiasts will also witness the match between Drakensberg FC and Matat City playing at 3pm.

Matat City is currently in the second place of the log table with 29 points while Drakensburg FC sits in third place.

The stadium is expected to be fully packed by spectators to support their clubs.
